Terms and Conditions
• The machines are manufactured using high-quality stainless steel (304/316) according to the nature of the product and operating requirements.
• The machines are designed with high operating precision and are durable.
• The machines rely on modern industrial control systems such as PLC and touch screen.
• The machines are manufactured according to the technical specifications approved in the price quote or purchase order.
• Technical specifications can be modified before manufacturing begins, based on customer request and factory approval, and are subject to additional pricing.
The manufacturing and preparation time for the machine or production line is (45) working days, starting from the date:
1. Customer approval of the purchase order request, and final approval of the technical specifications, if any.
2. Receiving the first payment.
The manufacturing period does not include official holidays approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including holiday holidays or government holidays, nor does it include downtime periods resulting from circumstances beyond the control of the factory.
The order amount is paid according to the following schedule:
- 50% down payment upon order approval.
- 40% upon readiness and before delivery.
- 10% after installation and operation.
The factory has the right to stop manufacturing or postpone delivery if the customer is late in paying any due payment.
• Payment method: Bank transfer to the factory's account.
• Prices do not include transportation or shipping costs, which are determined according to the delivery location.
• The machines are delivered to the location specified by the customer or as agreed upon between the two parties.
• In the case of shipping, the customer is obligated to verify the address and delivery location details before issuing the shipping label.
• The delivery address cannot be changed after the bill of lading has been issued, and if a change is requested, the customer will bear all the resulting costs.
• The factory bears no responsibility for delays caused by shipping or transportation companies.
If the customer refuses to receive the machines or delays receiving them after being notified that the order is ready or the shipment has arrived, the manufacturer has the right to:
• Imposing storage fees for the period the machines remain in the factory warehouses or with the shipping company.
• The customer shall bear all costs resulting from storage or reshipping.
The factory conducts a trial run of the machine upon installation to ensure it is ready for operation.
The customer's signature on the commissioning or receipt report constitutes an acknowledgment that the machine is operating according to the agreed specifications.
If the customer does not submit any written objection within (5) working days from the date of delivery or trial operation, the machine shall be considered to have been finally accepted by the customer.
The customer is obligated to review the operating manual and the operating and maintenance instructions for the machine and to comply with the instructions contained therein.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for malfunctions resulting from operating the machine in a manner contrary to the operating manual or failure to comply with operating and maintenance requirements.
The factory provides a warranty against manufacturing defects only for a period of (6) months starting from the date of installation or delivery, whichever is earlier.
The warranty covers repair of manufacturing defects or replacement of parts damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Misuse or improper operation.
- Malfunctions resulting from electrical problems or improper connections.
Any modification, disassembly or installation carried out by the customer or a third party without the factory's approval.
- Consumable parts resulting from normal use.
- The customer is obligated to inform the factory of any defect during the warranty period and within (5) days of discovering it. The factory will assess the technical condition and determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty or not.
- If it turns out that the defect is not covered by the warranty or the warranty period has expired, maintenance or repair service will be provided at the customer’s request for an inspection and maintenance fee determined according to the factory policy.
In this case, the customer bears the costs of technical inspection, spare parts, maintenance fees, and transportation, if any.
- The factory has the right to refuse to carry out any maintenance or repair work in the event that there are outstanding financial dues owed by the customer.
After-sales services:
• Technical support during the warranty period.
• Training the operations team upon delivery.
• Free maintenance for one year
Due to the nature of industrial machinery that is manufactured to order:
• The order cannot be cancelled after manufacturing has started.
• Cancellation or refund policy is not accepted after the order has been placed.
• If cancellation is requested after manufacturing has started, the customer will bear all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
The factory's responsibility is limited to manufacturing and supplying machinery according to the agreed specifications.
Repairing manufacturing defects or replacing damaged parts when a manufacturing defect is proven.
Ownership of the machinery remains with the factory until the full value of the order is paid.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations arising from this order or contract if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances or events beyond its control and which could not have been foreseen or prevented, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or fires.
• Wars, conflicts, or security disturbances.
• Government decisions, regulations, or regulatory restrictions.
• Epidemics or emergency health conditions.
• Disruption or shortage of raw materials or delays from suppliers.
• Major breakdowns in transportation or shipping methods.
• Power outages or interruptions to essential services that are beyond the factory's control.
In the event of any of these circumstances, the performance of the affected obligations will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, without the manufacturer incurring any liability or compensation. Orders will be fulfilled as soon as the force majeure event ceases. The manufacturer may also extend the manufacturing or delivery period proportionate to the duration of the disruption caused by these circumstances.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts within the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction to consider any dispute arising therefrom.
The manufacturer reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time.
